Sen. Frank Farry and Reps. Joe Hogan, KC Tomlinson, Kristin Marcell, Shelby Labs, and Craig Staats have introduced legislation that would provide families with a tax credit of up to $2,000 per child for eligible youth activities.
We know the cost of these activities can add up quickly, and we want to help make sure every child has the opportunity to participate. The credit aims to reduce the financial burden of equipment purchases, travel expenses, and participation fees for a wide range of endeavors including performances, sports competitions, lessons and other organized activities.
We need your help to get Senate Bill 1441 and House Bill 2753 moving in Harrisburg. Too often, good legislation can take years to become law. With enough support from families like yours, we can show our fellow lawmakers that Pennsylvania families want and need this tax credit—and help get it passed sooner.
Please take a moment to sign the petition and show your support. Feel free to share with family and friends. Together, we can make youth activities more affordable for Pennsylvania families.
