- SB 792 (Farry) – Amends the Tax Code to increase the Research & Development tax credit.
A3415 (Farry) – Expands qualifications for small businesses by increasing the asset threshold, increasing the percentage of the credit calculation and changing the base amount to the preceding three years.
A3398 (Santarsiero) – Removes the set amount of $24 million for the small business and replaces it with 30% of the full allocation.
- SB 1206 (Pennycuick) – Amends the Wholesale Prescription Drug Distributors License Act to allow manufacturers and virtual manufacturers to apply for preapproval for a state license while awaiting FDA approval for a drug or medical device.
