HARRISBURG – Sen. Frank Farry (R-6) will be joining Reps. Joe Hogan (R-Bucks) and KC Tomlinson (R-Bucks) to announce DNA legislation tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 7, at 10 a.m. in the Capitol Media Center, located in Room 1 of the East Wing, Pennsylvania State Capitol.
The legislation would expand the number of DNA samples in the criminal justice system by requiring the collection of samples from persons arrested for serious violent or sexual crimes.
Bucks County Sheriff Fred Harran and Ashley Spence, rape survivor and advocate, will also be speaking.
