PennDOT announced that resurfacing operations are scheduled in Langhorne Borough and Middletown Township

Beginning Sunday, June 9, through early August, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure will be scheduled Sunday to Friday evenings on Route 413 (Langhorne Newtown Road/Pine Street) between Route 332 (Newtown Bypass) and 300 feet north of Gilliam Avenue in Langhorne Borough and Middletown Township for milling and paving.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Under these resurfacing and improvement projects, PennDOT’s contractors are repairing, milling, and repaving state highways with new asphalt pavement that will seal roadways and provide motorists with a safer and smoother riding surface.
