Barrier Removal Planned Monday Night on U.S. 1 Near I-295 in Bucks County

PennDOT announced that barrier removal is scheduled on U.S. 1 underneath I-295 in Middletown Township under a $37.4 million project to perform high-priority repairs on interstate bridges, to maintain the functionality, safety, and mobility of the structures along critical corridors.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Bridge Repair to Close Route 232 (Second Street Pike) in Northampton Township

 PennDOT announced that bridge repair will begin in January 2026, on the structure that carries Route 232 (Second Street Pike) over a branch of Neshaminy Creek in Northampton Township, Bucks County.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
