Pipe Replacement Scheduled in Middletown and Bensalem Townships

PennDOT announced that pipe replacements are scheduled in Middletown and Bensalem townships.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

Friday, June 14, and Monday, June 17, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Bridgetown Pike will be closed weekdays between Route 413 (Langhorne Newtown Road) and Langhorne Yardley Road in Middletown Township. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Route 413 (Langhorne Newtown Road), Route 213 (Maple Avenue), and North Flowers Mill Road/Langhorne Yardley Road.
Monday, June 17, through Thursday, June 20, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Cornwells Avenue will be closed between U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) and Route 513 (Hulmeville Road) in Bensalem Township. During the closure, motorists are directed to use U.S.13 (Bristol Pike) and Route 513 (Hulmeville Road).

Stormwater Improvements Planned on Highland Avenue in Middletown Township

PennDOT announced that stormwater improvements are planned on Highland Avenue in Middletown Township next week.

Motorists are advised of the following lane restriction:

Monday, June 17, through Friday, June 21, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure is scheduled on Highland Avenue between Avenue F and Hulmeville Road in Middletown Township for paving.

Sign Installation Scheduled at Night Next Week on U.S. 1 in Bensalem Township

PennDOT announced that overhead sign installation is planned at night next week on U.S. 1 in Bensalem Township.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

Thursday, June 20, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning, periodic 15 minute stoppages are planned in both directions on S.1 between the Route 132 (Street Road) Interchange and the Bristol Road overpass.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent and subject to change.
