Resurfacing Operations Scheduled Next Week on State Highways in Bucks County

PennDOT announced resurfacing operations are scheduled on two state highways in Bucks County. Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

Sunday, June 9, through early August, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure will be scheduled Sunday to Friday evenings on Route 413 (Langhorne Newtown Road/Pine Street) between Route 332 (Newtown Bypass) and 300 feet north of Gilliam Avenue in Langhorne Borough and Middletown Township for milling and paving.
Monday, June 17, through Friday June 21, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane closures with flagging are scheduled on Route 332 (Almshouse Road) between Route 232 (Second Street Pike) and Temperance Lane in Northampton Township for drainage work.

Stormwater Improvements Planned Next Week on State Highway in Middletown Township

PennDOT announced stormwater improvements are planned next week on State Highway in Middletown Township.

Motorists are advised of a lane closure on Monday, June 10, through Friday, June 14, at the following location:

Highland Avenue between Avenue F and Hulmeville Road in Middletown Township, Bucks County, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, for paving.

Bridge Inspections Scheduled on I-295 in Bucks County

PennDOT announced that bridge inspections are scheduled on Interstate I-295 Bucks County.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

Monday, June 10, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a right lane closure is scheduled on eastbound I-295 between the Business U.S. 1 and U.S. 1 interchanges in Middletown Township, Bucks County.
Tuesday, June 11, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a right lane closure is scheduled on westbound I-295 between the U.S. 1 and the Business U.S. 1 interchanges in Middletown Township, Bucks County.

The inspections are part of PennDOT’s program to inspect bridges at least once every two years. The inspections ensure the safety and overall condition of the structures.

Guiderail Repair Scheduled Weekdays on I-95, I-295 in Bucks County

PennDOT announced that guiderail repairs are scheduled on Interstate 95 and I-295 in Bucks County.

Motorists are advised of periodic weekday lane closures on Monday, June 17, through Friday, June 28, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at the following locations:

I-95 between the Academy Road and Route 413 interchanges in Bensalem and Bristol townships.
I-295 between the I-95 and New Hope interchanges in Bristol, Middletown, and Lower Makefield townships.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
